FAQ

Questions operators ask.

Can players register without creating a SyncReserve account?

Yes. Guest registration captures the data needed for the event and can follow up later with an account invite.

How are partner pairings handled for doubles events?

Players can register with a named partner, request matching, or join a partner pool before bracket generation.

What happens if a match needs to be rescheduled mid-event?

Move the match to a new court or time slot from the event console. Players get notified and downstream rounds adjust.
