By accessing or using SyncReserve, you agree to these Terms of Service and the SyncReserve Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use SyncReserve. If you use SyncReserve on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate information
• protecting your account credentials and verification methods
• activity occurring under your account
• promptly notifying SyncReserve of suspected unauthorized access or misuse

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features may be offered on subscription, usage-based, implementation, or other commercial terms.

Applicable fees, billing timing, taxes, and plan details are governed by the relevant:

• checkout flow
• order form
• subscription details
• statement of work
• controlling service agreement

By purchasing or using paid features, you authorize SyncReserve to charge the selected payment method for applicable amounts.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the product, plan, transaction type, and any written agreement that applies. If a refund policy applies, it should be disclosed at purchase or in the controlling commercial agreement.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use SyncReserve to:

• violate law or third-party rights
• interfere with service operations
• attempt unauthorized access
• send abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent communications
• misuse payment, messaging, or third-party integrations
• disrupt other users, customers, or tenants

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to SyncReserve. You grant SyncReserve a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

8. Third-Party Services

SyncReserve integrates with third-party providers, including payment and messaging services. Your use of those integrated services may also be subject to third-party terms, privacy policies, or platform rules.

9. Service Availability

SyncReserve works to maintain reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, outages, infrastructure incidents, upstream provider failures, and other external dependencies may affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SyncReserve is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SyncReserve, its operator, and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

• your misuse of the service
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of applicable law
• your infringement of another party’s rights

13. Termination

SyncReserve may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if continued access creates legal, security, abuse, or operational risk. You may stop using SyncReserve at any time.

These Terms are governed by the applicable law specified in the controlling service agreement, order form, or other governing commercial document, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

SyncReserve may update these Terms from time to time. Updates become effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use of SyncReserve after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
